Clearz-It is a quick acting, plate cleaner, conditioner and desensitizer for all types of metal offset plates. A high tech emulsion that can be easily and safely applied in the pressroom. It removes scum, scratches, surface oxidation, gum streaks, dried ink and finger prints from metal plates.

Clearz-It can be applied by wipe or spray to quickly and totally open up the non-image area and restore the ink receptive surface. Rinse it off and you are ready for a fast start-up. Can also be used to clean plates that have been stored.

Directions for use

Sheet-Fed Presses:

1. Lift form rollers from contact with plate.
2. Evenly wipe on Clearz-It with water dampened wipe or sponge.
3. Apply across entire plate and rub on areas where oxidation spots, semi-dried ink, gum streaks, or scratches exist.
4. Rinse entire plate with wet sponge to remove Clearz-It

Web Presses:

1. Apply Clearz-It directly onto plate or ductor roller.
